Every month the Perimeter Institute has very stimulating free public lectures presented by scientists who work at the cutting edge in their field. Due to popular demand, tickets are hard to come by and only two tickets are provided per caller. We have secured a special deal as a school and once a month we are assured the grand total of 6 tickets for these events!

Just wanted to say, I took notes at the Roger Penrose talk, and it was awesome. Here are two comments from his introduction, to help frame how important/cool Roger is:
1) His presentation set a new Perimeter Inst. record: the tickets, on sale online, sold out in 4 minutes.
2) “We have all be inspired by Stephen Hawking…but who inspires Stephen Hawking? Ladies and gentlemen, Roger Penrose.
